Step Motors with Integrated Drivers
Anaheim Automation manufacturers Step Motors with Integrated Drivers as an economical motion control system, wherein microstep driver electronics are integrated into the motor assembly. This High-Torque, 1.8-degree Integrated Step Motor series takes the guesswork out of motor and driver compatibility. Step Motors with Integrated Drivers are available in NEMA sizes 17, 23 and 34, with up to four stack lengths, providing torque ratings from 30 to 1,200 oz-in. Special motor windings and shaft modifications are available, as well as controller, cable, connector and encoder adders.
17MD
Integrated Stepper Motors include built-in microstep driver electronics, eliminating the need for motor wiring and hookup. The 17MD series is available in three stack lengths, delivering from 31 to 62 ounce inches of torque. The bipolar microstep driver features resolutions from 200-1600 steps/revolution, providing smooth rotary operation. The 17MD Series comes in a single shaft version with 3 different motor stack lengths allowing for varying amounts of start-up torque and inertia.
