Step Motors with Spur Gearboxes
With Anaheim Automation's huge assortment of High-Torque Step Motors, a customer can select the most cost-effective solution, never sacrificing quality or system performance. The product line ranges from the smallest NEMA 08Y series with 2.5 oz. inches of torque, to the largest NEMA 42K series with up to 5,700 oz. inches of torque! The line includes Specialty-Type Step Motors, such as IP65-Rated Step Motors and Integrated Motor-Driver-Controller packages, wherein the driver/controller circuitry is built into the motor assembly. High-Torque Stepper Motors have a 1.8-degree step angle as standard, yet other step angles are available. Four, six and eight-lead configurations are standard and model dependent. Other options available are conduit boxes, special motor windings, shaft modifications, as well as cable, connector and encoder adders.
23YSG
The 23YSG Spur Geared Stepper Motor Series is a great value without sacrificing performance or quality. It is available in four stack lengths and several gear ratios (3, 12.5,15, 25, 30, 50, 75, 90, 100, 120, and 150:1), to fit you machine inertia and peak torque requirements. The standard eight-lead configuration makes it flexible for series, unipolar and parallel wiring configurations. The 23YSG series is available in single or double-ended shaft with encoder mounting provision options.
